She doesn't appreciate having her roommates and doesn't respect any of you so what you all need to do is start looking for a new place live together and leave her ass hanging to pay the rent for herself since she seems to not really want any of you there anyway.
When you find the new apartment, notify the landlord of who's moving out & get your shit out of there asap.
She'll learn her lesson about respect & being a better friend. And none of you will have to deal with her crazy ass and will have learned your lessons on choosing roommates wisely.
